Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.(excluding weekends and holidays)
Estimated Delivery time: 7-12 Business Days.
Total delivery time: 8-15 business days
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
We currently do not offer free shipping. A flat shipping fee of $3.99 is applied to each order, regardless of the product.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking number after the normal processing period, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Luxk is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the package and the damaged item so we can review your request.
Luxk is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or customer-caused damage after delivery.
Shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not guaranteed for reimbursement.
